This morning TMZ broke the news that Ye has pulled out of his headlining spot for Coachella 2022. Travis Scott was also set to perform alongside Ye, but now he is also out.
TMZ stated that sources close to Ye told them, he decided to pull the plug on his performance, with no reason as to why. The 2 weekend-long Coachella Festival is set to begin on April 15th in Indio, CA, which starts next weekend. Ye’s headlining performance was set for the 17th and 24th, which is Sunday for both weekends.
At this time Coachella organizers have yet to announce Ye officially pulling out or a replacement. Billie Eilish, Harpy Styles, and Swedish House Mafia are still set to headline.
We would like to reiterate, No one from Ye’s camp or himself has stated the reason why he is pulling out. Unfortunately some outlets automatically paint a false narrative that he is having a mental break down just for clicks.
TMZ spotted Ye out in Beverly Hills Monday, not too long after they broke the story of him pulling out. They stated it seemed like business as usual as he was seen stopping by a construction site in LA.
The news of him pulling out has some Yeezy Fans are ready to pull the plug on attending Coachella now. Many fans have stated Ye was the only reason they were going to the festival in the first place.
