2021 was probably the biggest year ever for the Yeezy brand. Although off to a slow start so far this year. Things are starting to heat up fast as 2022 will be bringing us some new models and it’s looking like this will also be known as the year of restocks.

The Yeezy 700 V2 Safflower will be making a comeback this Spring, but it won’t be the typical “Restock” and will feature a MONO aspect to the sneaker. They feature a monofilament engineered mesh upper in a neutral color scheme mixed with yellow stripes on both lateral and medial sides. This sits under a glow in the dark RPU cage going from heel to toe providing structure to the upper. The tongue and sockliner are part of a neoprene bootie in jet black with 3M hits towards the toe. Bungee infinity style laces sit on top in the same color.

These do not feature BOOST™ technology that the 700 V1 and V2 are known for. Instead the Safflower 700 V3 opts for tan EVA midsole, with drop in polyurethane cushioning for comfort. A tan rubber outsole with a herringbone traction pattern is mated to the midsole. Small cut outs in the outsole reveal the orange polyurethane cushioning underneath.

This isn’t your typical “Restock”, this 700 V3 has new style code and color code now. They are now called the Mono Safflower. See below more images of this new 700 V3. Stay tuned to our Instagram and this article to be the first to see new images when available.

We will also have a new QNTM dropping in March called MONO CARBON. There is no major changes to the upper these will be just like the OG QNTM with Primeknit and monofilament cutouts with a blue hue in the upper. Yes it is mostly see though but not sure why they added the MONO aspect to the name. The rest of the QNTM will have the same build as previous colorways. Look for the Yeezy 700 V3 Safflower to drop March 18th for $200. The QNTM MONO Carbon will also be launching on March 25th for the usual $250.
