Today starts the first release event with YEEZY and adidas together for a limited time. Contrary to other news on social media they will NOT release all remaining stock on this drop but will start selling part of the remaining inventory of adidas YEEZY items. A variety of current styles will only be accessible via adidas.com/yeezy and the adidas CONFIRMED app.

Since the adidas and YEEZY collaboration was terminated in October 2022, the products will be made available to consumers for the first time in seven months. Products will be existing designs as well as some created in 2022 for sale in 2023. At this time, releases of more existing inventory are currently under consideration as there are already over six months of drops produced that were planned for 2023, with that stock already on hand, although the exact date has not yet been decided.

Raffles have been up for about a week now with different regions getting different models. Drops will also include some queue and exclusive access launches as well. Asia has already begun and so far has the option of getting Pirate Black 350, Stone Onyx Knit Rnr, Clay Taupe Foam Rnr, and Utility Black 500. North America and Europe will both start with a couple of 350 V2s launching the Carbon Beluga, and Onyx.

Expect this to be like a small YEEZY Day style drop and makes sure you are signed into CONFIRMED and look out for exclusive access as there is a tone of models expected to drop throughout the day and possibly at later dates as adidas has said the drops begin on May 31st.

Other drops to look out for include the following, but may not be in your region only time will tell where exactly each model will launch. YZY Slides include the new Azure colorway, plus a couple of favorites in the Onyx and Bone. Foam Rnrs to look out for are Clay Red, Cinder, Clay Taupe, and Stone Salt. The Stone Salt was loaded in full family but may not release that way as the Onyx 350 V2 was produced in full family but no small sizes are dropping.

Next up is a newer model from YEEZY we have the 350 V2 CMPCT Slate White dropping. Then staying with the 350s we will see the return of the original 350 model in the Pirate Black colorway. Moving on to YEEZY’s most popular model ever the 350 V2 is coming back with a classic in the Zebra and possibly for the first time launching in full family sizing as small sizes are loaded also. Another classic will make a comeback but not in its original form, as the Carbon Beluga puts a darker twist on the OG 350 V2. Lastly, on the 350s we will also see the Onyx make a comeback.

There will also be a few one-off drops including the 380 Covellite, Knit Rnr Stone Onyx, 450 Stone Teal, as well as the classic Utility Black 500. They are also adding some 700s in the mix with the Salt V1 and Tephra V2. Adidas has put out 18 total pairs throughout all their websites globally. Remember the release catalog and schedule will vary in some locations. It’s also noted on CONFIRMED it could take up to 23 days to receive your pairs after purchase.

What made adidas ultimately decide to make the move to drop some of their existing Yeezy stock? adidas CEO Bjørn Gulden said: “After careful consideration, we have decided to begin releasing some of the remaining adidas YEEZY products. Selling and donating was the preferred option among all organizations and stakeholders we spoke to. We believe this is the best solution as it respects the created designs and produced shoes, works for our people, resolves an inventory problem, and will have a positive impact in our communities. There is no place in sport or society for hate of any kind and we remain committed to fighting against it.

A sizeable sum will be donated to particular groups that fight prejudice and hatred, including racism and antisemitism. The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and the Philonise & Keeta Floyd Institute for Social Change are just a couple of examples.
