The YZY FOAM RNR has released more colorways in 2022 than usual, most of the time with a restock attached to the new colorway when it releases. Now it’s time for another drop as Summer will be in full force. This time we will see the Onyx and Desert Sand colorways drop this June, here is the rundown.

The ONYX FOAM RNR is releasing again after it’s initial pre release at DONDA listening event this time in full family sizing. The FOAM RNR is made from injected EVA foam providing instant comfort and durability. They feature a monochromatic finish coming in a muted charcoal. The clog offers the convenience of a slip on while still giving resilience of a sneaker. The cutouts in the top provide breathable comfort and air flow making this the perfect hybrid shoe.

The bottom of the slip-on features wavy lines that make up the traction pattern, and small Adidas branding at the heel. Staying in line with YEEZY and Adidas’ push for a better environment the FOAM RUNNR also uses hydroponically harvested algae blended with the EVA foam. The Onyx will now drop on June 8th in full family sizing.

The YZY FOAM RNR Desert Sand will also be dropping in full family sizing. They feature the exact same build as the Onyx colorway and is also is made in China, like the Onyx. The Desert Sand color is very similar to the YZY Slide bearing same name.

Our original calendar had Desert Sand launching on the 6th, but they loaded a few days after the Onyx, with that being said they will drop on June 11th. With June being an end of quarter month, some releases will not drop on your typical, Friday, Saturday, or Monday. The original Sand still hasn’t loaded for the month so expect them toward the end of June. As always we will keep you updated as new information comes in.
